Waste to Reuse
The unique patented ecological technology utilizes high temperature processing, which destroys practically all hazardous particles, and transforms the waste into ceramic coated granules. Temperature Controlled Packaging (TCP) and Cool Chain Intelligence Platforms
A cold cargo transportation module that will ensure a sustainable and strong cold chain, without the use of external power source to operate while taking into account the diverse challenges that different geographical regions present. The core product offering combines three innovative technologies; 1. Polypropylene Thermo Container which has excellent insulation capabilities, is very durable, light weight, and configurable. The module can be easily modified and customized according to the specific requirements of the perishable transported goods. The production ready modules range in capacity from 40 litres to 1500 litres. 2. Cold Element; is laid on top of the transported goods. These production ready and customizable cold elements are designed for temperatures of -1C to -23C providing solutions for refrigerated and frozen goods. 3. Cool Chain Intelligence Platform consisting of wireless sensors and a central unit that can be connected wirelessly or directly to servers and data networks. These sensors can be placed in shipping containers to measure and monitor temperature, humidity, acceleration, vibration, and location in real-time during transportation. Together these three core products form a unique patent pending transportation module offering the a robust cold chain transport system that maintains stable temperatures longer than conventional technologies. In addition, it does NOT require external power source to operate.
Energy Efficient Light Bulbs
Four pending patent applications applicable to several new types of light bulbs to deliver a competitive advantage in (a) light quality, (b) use of less mercury and other forms of pollutants (c) provides a longer-lasting light bulb (d) provide a better overall value proposition for consumers which are directly related to the following technical properties: High frequency electrode-free lamp; save energy more than 50% to 80% than conventional technologies; uses no filament or electrode in the bulb, and has a lifespan of more than 60,000 hours; Has 50% more energy efficiency than the high-pressure sodium lamp and high-pressure mercury lamp; the CRI(color rendering index) is above 80; Has a very wide voltage range, can operate normally under 185V - 255V; No strobe effect at startup with the working frequency of MHz 2.65; Lower depreciation: maintains 80% luminous flux after 20,000 hours; instantaneous startup times: less than 0.5 seconds; can safely startup and operate at extremely low temperatures of -40 degrees C; The rate of work factor is more than 0.95; safety, efficiency, reliability, and maintenance free. The Company intends to develop an initial portfolio of light bulbs, using the technologies it has acquired, and thereafter further develop technologies involving lighting in order to produce lighting products that will provide consumers a better combination of performance and value.

BioAbsorbant
A group of biotechnology experts represent a unique absorbent technology. The biodegradable substance is environmentally friendly and highly efficient in absorbing oil-based liquids. The product rejects water and is therefore able to float even after it has absorbed oil into itself. Floating flocks of oil are easy to collect from the surface waters as well as from the shoreline. Absorbed oil can be separated from the product or burned to make electricity and heat.
The recent catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico, along with the market size (estimated to be billions of dollars) have persuaded the group to bring the product to market. The product is proven to solve such oil related problems such as the Gulf of Mexico. Acoustic Treatment System (ATS)
ATS is a time-tested new method developed exclusively for the treatment of oil, gas, and freshwater reserves and exploration. Geothermal Energy
An environmentally friendly energy storage, R&D and manufacturing company, with their patented, intelligent Thermal Energy Storage SystemsTechnology, stores summer heat for heating during the winter. This module technology has a seasonal energy storage capability to cut energy costs by 50-80%, as well as an ability to significantly reduce emission of green house gases. The technology is especially developed for residential and large public buildings such as shopping malls. Over 30 installations in Northern Europe. This technology would have an especially strong market potential in American snow belt states.
Green Coal Production
A project for refining multilateral streams; e.g. forest residues, municipality waste, and recycling materials of biomass into bio-coal through a proven refining technology. The project will enable the implementation of the pyrolysis process with an off-take partner. The arrangement would provide an opportunity for the venture to expand worldwide. Future potential is to establish an electricity production plant, refining fuels for large power stations. Alternatively a large scale 24/7 feedstock delivery logistics operation with a high energy content requirements will help big energy producers to become CO2 natural. The present pending project itself has an identified off-take demand for 2,5 MT/a by 2020.
Aluminum Foam Sheet (AFS).
Lighter, cheaper and 30-50% more durable than steel, this material can be applied to in a variety of industries that use steel. Key industries include shipbuilding, automotive, construction, defense, and manufacturing. AFS is produced by heating the alloy with a foaming agent, during the manufacturing process, the foaming agent dissipates to leave behind a honeycombed structure. If the foam is being produced within a steel sandwich or formed profile, the foam bonds to the steel plate at molten temperatures. The uniqueness of the honeycombed metal foam is further characterized by its’ varied properties, including an excellent mass rigidity, strength to weight ratio, outstanding shock absorption and good damping qualities. These qualities are not just limited to sheets, 3D parts and formed out steel profiles can also be produced. The foam can be formed from a number of different materials, but those most developed technologically are based in aluminum and zinc. The EU Maritime program has been exploring applications of AFS in ship design and shipbuilding that will revolutionize ship construction, and in the process has secured the material and technology licensing rights to this ground breaking process.
Ultra-Light Freshwater Vessel for Transport
Building and design of ultra‐light freshwater vessels. The design dimensions are length 110m, width 14m, and height to keel 8.5m. The operational depth is .45‐2.4m and the carrying capacity 2,920 tones. The fuel‐efficient operational speed is 8‐10 knots. The vessel has the ability to maneuver sideways and the sub‐surface parts are designed to withstand ice conditions. The capital cost is €22 million, and potential government support has already been identified. The ship eliminates the need for €35‐45 million in truck costs over the 25‐30 year ship lifetime.
BioTrade
Technology know-how to design and implement a full cycle bio-energy system including ground‐based biomass feedstock supply systems such as advanced chipping systems and inland ships; building biomass conversion plants, such as for pellets, BioOil, 2nd generation ethanol and torrefied wood; enhancing bio‐product transportation systems, such as port improvements, purpose‐built loaders, and specialized biofuel ships, and yielding massive amounts of biomass and large amounts of biofuel to support achievement of challenging renewable fuel targets. The outcome is to export meaningful amounts of biomass in Canada, USA, Brazil and Malaysia to Europe in the form of pellets, ethanol and palm oil, and to expand biomass densification plants in unused regions such as Africa, Russia, and the Caribbean. This project focus on investing a large densification plant combined with establishing efficient ground and sea supply chains, with guarantees of biomass supply and guarantees of purchase of final product.
Biomass Supply Chain Management and Logistics
New biomass supply chain management system enables low‐cost handling and transportation of woody biomass. The concept of moving biomass using inland waterways and pneumatic loading instead of by truck or rail would considerably reduce the cost of getting wood fibre to coastal conversion plants.
Higher Fuel Flexibility Solutions.
Technology to process low valued raw materials to a higher value fuel. A device to make energy production from fuel more efficient. This innovation utilizes water as part of the fuel by separating hydrogen from oxygen molecules resulting in a more efficient burning of the fuel.

The Ultimate Sustainable Yacht
Technology to produce a yacht that can run continuously, day after day, from renewable energy sources. The Yacht is energy self sufficient in the sense that the vessel contains technolgy to produce and store all the energy. It can be described as an ultimate green yacht. No CO2 emissions are produced while it is operated. The yacht is designed for people or companies who support green values. The yacht provides high end luxuries whiles cruising at comfortable speeds. One inspiration for designing this yacht was the slow life movement. This movement is advocating the stop for hectic every-day-life and encouraging to enjoy simple things that are present.
The basic information on the yacht: Catamaran hull; Lots of open living space; Can be designed to meet luxurious or more conventional way of life; Small green house to provide fresh food and activity on longer trips. Watering is done with recycled gray water; Sleeping place for 8+ persons; Toilet seats are bio versions which doesn’t use water for flushing. Urine and droppings are separated. Urine can be used as a fertilizer in a green house while droppings can be composted onboard for 6 months after which it has turned in to a soil. Methane gathering system should also be explored.
Technical Specifications: Marching speed 5 knots (24/7), top speed 16 knots; Electric drive, 2 electric motors; New propulsions system that increases the efficiency; Electricity is produced with solar panels; Part of the electricity is stored into batteries; When electricity production is greater than consumption and the batteries are full, solar panels are used to make hydrogen which is stored safely to metal hybrid tanks. When more electricity is needed, the fuel cells are used to transform hydrogen to electricity. Using only lithium batteries is extremely expensive and also the weight is going to be an issue; Using fuel cells is really ecological. Only emission is the perfectly clean water that can be drunk. In this case it is stored in tanks for everyday use; If the yacht stays in harbor unused for a longer time, it can provide its excess electricity to a grid; All the technical solutions are in use and have been found to be solid, but they haven’t been used like this. Fuel cells are for example used by a boat manufacturer but they have the problem of refilling the hydrogen tanks. Now it happens on shore with hydrogen that has been produced in a factory somewhere else.
